This is a half-day training workshop for National DPP providers and their fiscal staff who want to develop a business plan. During the training, you will learn the essential parts of a business plan as well as an approach to create strategies, objectives and action plans to help you market, recruit and retain participants.

The workshop will be offered in two parts on November 5, 2019 and December 11, 2019. At the conclusion of Part I you will develop a draft business plan. During Part II, you will work to refine the business plan you created during Part I. Participation in both sessions is mandatory. Note that registration ends on Friday, October 18, 2019.
