Consulting Firm Supports Local Public High School Athletes.

December 6, 2004 -  Washington, DC - Ex Nihilo Management, LLC, a minority owned and operated business, announced today that it has agreed to sponsor a local public high school athletic team.  In addition to providing financial support, Ex Nihilo plans to provide the team with tutoring, athletic apparel and training equipment.

Says President and CEO, Angela Dingle, "We were looking to support a group of young people that are underserved by the community.  This team plays really hard and has demonstrated a commitment to this city that has been missing for many years.  Because Roosevelt is a public high school, the team does not have access to some of the basic tools that an athletic program needs.  As a graduate of DC Public Schools, I think it's only fitting to give something back, and I could think of no better group of young people to support than these young ladies".

Theodore Roosevelt Lady Rough Riders have lost only 2 games in the last three school years.  The Washington Post ranked the Lady Rough Riders #1 in the region as well as USA Today's ranking of #5 in the Eastern Region of the country.  This team captured the City Title for the 2003-2004 school year, winning over St. John's College High School.
